La Fogata began with a Nicaraguan family's passion for charcoal grilling and hand-marinated meats. For over two decades, we've been firing up the grill and sharing that tradition with Miami.
The roots in Nicaragua
Our story starts in Nicaragua, where the founders fell in love with the art of marinating meat and grilling it over charcoal — a craft passed down through generations. That passion led them to believe South Florida's Latin community would be the perfect home to share it.
The grill is our heart
Every plate starts with fresh ingredients and an open flame — from our signature Churrasco with chimichurri and Gallo Pinto to fajitas, empanadas, and salmon, all made to order.
